Fetal stem cell treatment is transplantation of suspensions of progenitor cells that form the main tissue types (ectodermal, mesodermal and endodermal) and that are later responsible for certain organs and systems of organs which perform all functions of the body.
Fetal stem cell therapy is minimally invasive and presupposes intravenous and/or subcutaneous suspension administration. Our treatment doesn’t require any surgery or other procedures as well as preliminary medication preparation.
Unlike stem cells of other origin (bone marrow, cord blood, peripheral blood, fat, etc.) fetal stem cells don’t cause any histocompatibility problems as HLA expression in the fetus is either minimal or absent at this time.

Diabetes Treatment
Diabetes treatment with help of stem cell therapy results in significant enhancement of the patient's condition and improvement of clinical picture of the disease course. Our clinic has such experience of fetal stem cell administration at early stages of diabetes. Treatment with insulin is not required after it for a long time. After application of fetal stem cells, patients with diabetes mellitus observe normalization of hematological and immunological indices, reducing of manifestations of macro- and microangiopathy, restoration of working capacity and improvement of life quality. After our cell therapy, the progression of the disease slows down, remission periods become two or even three times longer. Fetal stem cell therapy is a great prevention of diabetes mellitus complications.
After the diabetes treatment with suspensions containing fetal stem cells, in 100% of patients the dose of administered insulin decreases. The patient can fight this disease with synthetic Insulin, but it is a silent killer, and over the years it damages eyes, organs and limbs. At present, a number of patent applications on fetal stem cell for different diseases and conditions treatment are pending in the patent offices of many countries. Patenting has always been a priority direction in the activity of UNIQUE CELL TREATMENT CLINIC. Alexander Smikodub Sr. was the first person in the world to describe post-transplantation period after fetal stem cell treatment for such diseases as AIDS, HIV-infection, type 1 and 2 diabetes mellitus, aplastic anemia, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, degenerative diseases of nervous system, inflammatory and cancer bowel diseases, etc.
In 1993, International Patent Application Examination Board in the Hague awarded Professor Smikodub’s patents level "A", that is absolutely innovative works.
In his patents Professor Smikodub described the possibility of treatment for a large number of diseases and conditions caused by or resulting in cell count reduction. We are most proud of Doctor Smikodub’s patents granted in the United States of America and the Netherlands.
Professor Smikodub was the first in the world to offer medicinal preparations based on fetal stem cells and mentioned this in his US, Dutch, Russian and Ukrainian patents.
