PlacidCare Referral Program Terms and Conditions

• Referral Data: Referrers must provide accurate and complete information about the referred patient, including their name, contact information, and medical needs.  PlacidWay reserves the right to reject any referral at its discretion. 
   
• Referral Rewards: The referral rewards will only be awarded after the referred person has completed their procedure.  
   
• Multiple Submissions: Referrers must not submit the same referral on other platforms or directly with clinics. Also, referrals of the same person more than once will not be accepted. 
   
• Referral Exclusions: Certain medical procedures are excluded from the program, such as procedures that are not legally offered in PlacidWay platform.
   
• False & Misleading Claims: Referrers are prohibited from using any unauthorized or making any false or misleading claims about the program or PlacidWay's services.
   
• Termination: PlacidWay reserves the right to terminate the program or any participant's participation in the program at any time and for any reason, including without limitation, for any violation of the program's terms and conditions.
   
• Changes: PlacidWay reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time and without notice.
