About Dr. Ruiz
Dr. Rufino Ruiz is pleased to be able to offer travelers to his facilities the special aesthetic techniques available in France, Belgium, Spain, Italy and major South American countries such as Brazil, Venezuela and Argentina. Dr. Ruiz is highly trained and experienced in this field, which combines a variety of aesthetic techniques from different cosmetic and plastic surgical specialties including:
