Op.Dr.Tolga Yener was born in 1972 in Ankara.
He graduated from the French Department of Ankara Anatolian High School.
He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1998.
He worked as a responsible physician in a private cardiology clinic.
He worked as a research assistant in the Department of Anatomy, Faculty of Medicine, Baskent University in 2002-2004.
He completed his Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery specialty training at Mersin University Faculty of Medicine between 2004-2011.
In 2011-2012, he completed his compulsory service in Muş State Hospital.
He resigned from his position as Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinical Responsible at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Training and Research Hospital between 2012-2013 and started working at Ethica Health Group as of September 2013.
In 2015, Doctor Yener Opened its own clinic. Dr. Tolga Yener currently serves his patients in his private clinic.
