I'm absolutely stunned at the lack of customer service having had no response from the Hospital who still have my money. Upon deciding to attend Turkey for Surgery a friend of mine asked if I would take part in a documentary on Health Tourism. I haven't attended the studio to film my thoughts on my return home.

The Hospital or should I say Dentist wanted to put things right. I'm a strong believer in giving someone the opportunity to correct things.
After making a formal complaint via Hazem. Who on the 17th of Feb stated I should receive a response the next day. However nothing.
This is a complex matter with alot of detail. Which I shall include within the next few days. I attended this hospital & Dental Department between the 27th of Jan & 6th of Feb 2025.
I had paid for alot of procedures one of which was no done. However when I asked for a refund I was told many conflicting accounts to obtaining my money back which I'm legally entitled to.
I also received a quote for dental work but upon attending was told I needed to pay an extra 2k. However having spoken to the dentist it was decided I should not have that treatment. A lower denture and upper one was required with bleeching of seven teeth. An extremely cheaper solution. I questioned this fact. Paying 3.6k for two dentures. Which are not made from any mega expensive materials. This is in fact more expensive than my own country. I was informed I would receive £100 refund as the procedures quoted were not going ahead. This requires an investigation as it smells fishy.
I attended several dental appointments but they tried to rush my dentures because of returning home. Going ahead without my agreement the teeth and fit were fine. The morning I was returning home I attended the dentist. The denture was completely wrong and I was even put under pressure to except the dentures. The Manager agreed the teeth were completely wrong and offered to pay for all my travel expenses and hotel in order I could return to give them the opportunity to put things right. I thought this was very important for him to make that offer. He told me to take the dentures to test at home and report any issues on my return. It also gave them the opportunity to obtain the correct shade OM1 Bleech white.
However upon my return home absolutely nothing from the hospital apart from one message promising a response.
I really want my money back for the procedure I never received and for the botched dental service in order I can attend another company to put things right.
Due to the lack of any communication I have spoken to the Ministry of Health in Turkey who have confirmed I have a claim against the company for withholding my money, for the failed dental work and several other factors. Compensation can also be awarded.
The Ministry of Health advised me to make a detailed complaint and also request my money back and to make a formal request for my medical records. I've done all three with absolutely no response which of course goes in my favour.
The next step is to allow the Ministry of Health to conduct an investigation and to contact media companies in Turkey to highlight my treatment. This is a very sad situation in which any normal company would do everything in order to correct it's mistakes.
However Cevre Hospital have chosen to withhold my money and hope this matter goes away.
