潘医生在儿童血液科临床工作多年，积累了丰富的临床及科研经验，在儿童白血病CAR-T细胞免疫治疗方面进行了探索性研究，致力于CAR-T细胞分层治疗、优化治疗过程中并发症管理、建立CAR-T治疗后疗效监测体系。自2015年起从事CAR-T细胞临床试验，目前每年为200余例难治复发淋巴细胞白血病患儿实施CAR-T治疗，取得国际先进的治疗效果。CD7 CAR-T、CD19 CAR-T、CD22 CAR-T、CD19-22序贯CAR-T相关临床研究均发表于JCO、JHO、Blood、 Leukemia等国际顶级血液学期刊。此外，还经常在国内外学术会议（ASCO、ASH、EHA、JSH）上展示免疫治疗领域的最新进展。
