We approached Life asking for support with my father lung cancer. Unfortunately, the condition is still very serious. The reaction was immediate, we were allowed to consult two oncologists on the cito, additionally they proposed genetic tests that were not done in the lung diseases ward at ul. Płocka in Warsaw. After consultations, Tata was referred to the hospital in Bydgoszcz and is after the first chemotherapy. Today, a physiotherapist regularly visits my dad, and our family received additional support from a psycho oncologist. Only now do I see how much it is needed because if the immediate family starts to panic, the patient cannot focus on himself. In such a difficult situation, the support not only of the sick person but also of the immediate family allows us to prepare for even the most difficult moments that accompany severe oncological cases. This feeling when you bounce off the next door looking for help and when you have less and less time is something I will remember for a long time. I sincerely thank you for your immediate reaction and the enormous level of empathy and understanding of the difficult situation in which we found ourselves.

I had Gastric Sleeve surgery on the 8th of July, 2017. From being met at the airport to the return trip, everything was superb! Marion, my driver was so sweet! He took us to see a village with three castles! Martin, a member of staff who was in charge of seeing that patients get where they are supposed to be and SO much more, was welcoming, friendly and did everything and more to make sure I was taken care of. Martyna was very kind and couldn't do enough to make everything more than okay for me. Their English is excellent which was very helpful. The nurses were lovely, friendly and helpful, too. The cardiologist was brilliant. An intelligent, beautiful lady that exuded intelligence and kindness. She was always there if needed. The surgeon was informative and put me at ease. He checked on me many times after the surgery. Philip is on the admin side of the clinic and answered all of my emails pre- and post-op so quickly and came and introduced himself to us before we left hospital. I can't fault this clinic. I was told aftercare is not limited to three or five years, they are available to us as long as we need them. I suppose the one thing I might suggest is go in cooler weather, July was HOT and no air conditioning!!
