1st Payment: 120,000 THB / $3,250 - Payable upon start of stimulation

Remarks:

- Assessing the amount of stimulation medication to be used and the corresponding number of day will be at the sole discretion of the responsible physician

- Cases requiring additional stimulation medication than indicated in the package will be charged at a rate of THB 25.- per IU / $1

- If the patient's eggs do not react favorably to the stimulation treatment, no refunds will be provided

- Any remaining stimulation medication after the stimulation phase can not be kept for future IVF procedures

 

2nd Payment: 130,000 THB / $3,520 - Payable prior to Egg Retrieval

- Sperm collection and analysis

- Egg retrieval procedure (also known as ovum pick up, or OPU)

- ICSI fertilization for all viable eggs

- Blastocyst culture to fertilized eggs to day 5

- Includes endometrial prepartion medication: Progynova (112), Cyclogest (12), Prednisolone (10), Utrogestan (6) and IVF-C (5,000 IU)

- Includes hormone testing (1) prior to embryo transfer (ET)

- Includes all related doctor's fees
