The package shall include: Pre-Operative stay in Specialized Guest Houses, surgical package, which includes domiciliary hospitalization and stay in India, in patient care, post operative medical consultancy with complete healthcare advice.

ACTION PLAN

• The patient will need to register with LFM INDIA for the necessary surgical treatment giving details of entire case history and latest test reports.
• The case history along with the reports shall be sent across to our Panel of specialized Doctors for their Pre-Operative Risk Assessment (PORA) of the patient.
• After the PORA has been done successfully the detailed itinerary shall be chalked out in consultation with the travel agents as also the availability of Specialist and the tentative dates for the surgery formalized.
• The patient will be received at the New Delhi airport by our Special staff that will also take care of their initial stay at the Special Guest House.
• On the day of arrival at the Guest House, they will be screened in detail by our team of Specialists in view of the Medical records brought along with the Patients in person, subsequent to which the date of surgery will be finalized for the following morning.
• On the day of Surgery, Patient will be transported to the respective Specialty Hospitals under supervision. However, in certain cases like Cardiac Surgery, the patients may need to spend one pre-operative day as in-patient at the Hospital.
• Subsequent to the surgery, the Patient will be discharged from the Hospital at an appropriate time and will be moved back to the Guest House.
• Depending upon the General condition of Patient and the nature of Surgery undertaken, patients may be advised to stay at the Guest House for some extended time before flying out to the place of Residence. Due to the complexities involved in this project, even though the panels of consultants are insured for medical defense in India, it would be worth considering to look into the arrangement for providing such cover by the respective authority referring the case to us.
