I have just returned from PV , and had some major dental work done at International Dental Center. Dr Hernandez and his team were outstanding ! Everything went smoothly, and although I had some extractions I was not expecting, the communication was awesome and I truly felt like Dr. Hernandez cared and took the time to explain everything to me, I will be returning as my work could not be completed in one visit, but I urge anyone thinking of going to PV for dental work to contact this amazing team , Lisa is wonderful and is always available for questions ( she even lent me a hoodie for my stay! it was chilly and I didn't pack one ) ***** in my book! ( five stars ) I am thrilled with my new smile.

Dr. Sanchez is an outstanding dentist. After having several extremely frustrating evaluation experiences in the US, when I arrived in PV, I made an appointment with Dr. Sanchez. Without question, it was a good choice. He is professional, highly skilled, very experienced and fluent in English. My problem having a missing tooth replaced with an emax 3 unit bridge because the gap left by the missing tooth was too small for an implant was solved in two consecutive visits. I spoke with my cousin in the US who runs his own dentist business in Milwaukee and he was also impressed with the work Dr. Sanchez did he reviewed the pictures I sent him . I would highly recommend Dr. Sanchez to anyone who was considering dental work. As an added bonus, the price was approximately 75-80% less than it would have cost in the US.

I also highly recommend Dr. Rivas at PV Smiles. Enjoyed our chats his English was excellent and I dont speak Spanish and the pain free procedures. Very much appreciated the diligence he showed in getting the impressions right and the pride he takes in his work. Facility is clean and well equipped and my two gold crowns feel great. I'll just start with, I'll never go back to the dentist in the US. This is actually my second time to a Mexican dentist, but my first time to Los Algodones. And let me tell you, my dental experience in this dental capital of the world was the best dental experience of my life. I was more than a bit nervous because I was driving from states for my appointment. Being a novice to this whole Los Algodones thing, I thought I could just pop in and get a room at one of the hotels in town when I got there. Turns out, booking ahead of time is a good idea. They were full. So I had to stay in Yuma. Which really isn't the best place on Earth, but that's my opinion! On the day of my appointment, I drove to the border crossing, parked my car in the parking lot (at the border crossing - it's $10 day / $20 night for vehicles), and walked across. A couple of guards were standing around but that's it. Nobody even checked my passport. Within 20 yards, I was standing right in the middle of all the action in Los Algodones. There's lots of guys trying to get your business, either for dentists or ophthalmologists. I already had done my research online and had an appointment at a place that had great reviews, Fixing Smile dental (more info on them below), so I got to bypass all those guys. Made it to my appointment early because there was no line at the border, and they took me right in. There was one person in the waiting room and another just leaving the back office. I waited approximately 5 minutes and they called me back. All the while speaking English. The entire visit was professional. The doctor had a chat about what I needed. Dr.Ana Cervante didn't try to upsell me. She actually didn't even look at anything but the tooth I told her needed attention and since shes a root canal specialist/dentist. Told me the price before she started any work, which was exactly the price they told me when I made my appointment ($280 for root canal, $350 for zirconia crown - remember, everyone is different, so dont expect the same exact price!), and communicated every step of the way to me in English. Turns out, the tooth I needed root canal on was infected. So half was completed that day, with a finish of medicating the roots and putting a temporary filling in, for me to return in 2 weeks to finish the root canal and get a crown put on. The only discomfort I felt through the whole process was the needle for numbing. Absolutely no pain throughout the process, nor afterwards. I didn't even need a Tylenol once the numbing wore off. The office was spotless, brand new all the staff spoke English, the equipment was all state of the art, the doctors were professional, empathetic, personable, and experienced. They know their stuff! It's what they do, every day, all day. The previous dentist I was coming from, in states a few weeks before, took about 30 minutes to put in a temporary and made ground beef out of my gums in the process. Not here. Im difinitely recommending Fixing Smile dental for any dental needs!! Yes, there are some bad dentists down there. Yes, you take your chances. JUST LIKE HERE IN THE U.S.! Do online research before you go. It was my experience that very few of them actually return emails. You have to call. Make sure that you get extended service on your phone to support your plan in Mexico. It's $10 a day, or with some plans it comes included. I would have been a bit lost without my Google Maps. My experience was fantastic. And this is now my dentist. Even after an 6 hour drive, and going through it all solo. She was fantastic. They are located about a block from the border crossing. What would have cost me $4000 in the US cost me $630, took less time, and was a much better experience. I highly recommend it!

My experience at Marietta Dental was great, since the beginning of my treatment l noticed that they are professional and they know what they doing for you and the price of the services that very reasonable, absolutely I recommend this place, Alexis, Kevin, Chris, everybody is very friendly, thank you so much.

This is the absolute best dentist office I have ever been to. Dr. Fernanda Maldonada and Raquel give you the best dental experience. I knew I was in good hands. They are an incredible team and they even sing while doing an awesome job. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Was referred here by another coworker, drove 3 hours to come. Then they have 2 buildings and don't tell you which one. They heard you around like an animal. I came for 4 crowns, by the end of it, their doctor recommended 11. Now I'm not a doctor, so I took their advice. 11 crowns and $6000 later, they're done. But now that I'm writing this, it's my 4th visit and still in extreme pain from their work. I'll do an update after today. Update: The only options I'm being given, is pay for a couple of root canels or forfeit the warranty on the rest of my crowns they installed. After waiting all day for a solution, now they're scrambling to find a doctor that's still at work. My appointment was at 9am. Save your time and money. Do a lot of research before going to Mexico for dental work. I highly recommend you avoid this dental place. No communication! Make sure you get copies or it's their word vs yours and they will fuck you over!

Really happy with the service! The entire team is great (especially our Dr Francisco), they are so helpful and make sure you're comfortable. Had all the dental job done quickly, with minimal pain and for reasonable price. The shuttle service is nice too - no need to worry about the transportation after your treatment. Highly recommended!

This was the absolute best dental treatment and experience I have had and stands head and shoulders above any treatment I have received in Canada in regards to the service, experience, quality of work, and cost. Not only this, but the staff were very efficient, informative, and friendly right from greeting you to getting to work within five minutes of arriving versus visiting a dentist in Canada who has you sit in the waiting room for 20 to 40 minutes before moving you to another room waiting for the dentist for another 15 to 30 minutes before starting the assembly line dental work. Neo Clinic offers you water, tea, or coffee, then within 5 to 10 minutes have you being evaluated, having x-rays taken, mapping out a plan of procedure and then explaining why they are recommending what they are doing and possible alternatives that you and the dentist can discuss. In terms of the office, it was modern and very clean, and even a large TV on the ceiling you can watch while your procedures are being done. I also felt very safe in the area of Cancun where the office is located, they even have a staff member to help you get the office or pick you up and drop you off if needed at no additional cost. The treatment I had completed was two root canals, some fillings, and a crown repair that had failed from previous work completed in Canada, to add to this the dentist explained what was going on and let me know that she would be using the best filling materials available to get a great colour match and a long-lasting result and all of this at a cost that is at least 50 to 60% less than what I would get in Canada. I was so happy with the Dentists and all the other support staff that I asked for six business cards that I will be giving to any of my friends who are in need of some dental work. I have in fact already recommended Neo Clinic to three people since returning from my visit to Neo Clinic in December 2023 and will continue to do so.
