I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.

I am very happy to provide positive feedback on Satori. This past summer I had a family member who was very unwell from alcohol abuse. I was scared for her life and knew I needed some external help to bring her back to herself. After researching what addiction supports are available in southern Spain, I discovered Satori and got connected with Luke who runs the Centre. He was very generous with his time and helped answer all of my questions and was able to get our family member very quickly into treatment. He was patient and very kind and supportive, which I really needed, to get through this difficult time. One of the things that appealed to me with Satori is the holistic approach that they take to addiction and recovery, combining a range of modalities in supporting someone who is struggling with alcohol or other substance abuse. The centre also feels very non-clinical which was vital for our family member who has a deep distrust of the medical system. Satori is a beautiful environment for healing and I'm happy to say that our family member emerged after a month of care in a completely different, healthier, happier and stronger place than when she entered Satori. The feedback I heard from our family member has been so positive about her experience at the Centre. Really wonderful, friendly staff, fantastic food, helpful medical and counselling support, interesting outings and activities, and generally a really great supportive environment for healing and detoxing. It was a huge relief to me to know that our relative was in good hands at Satori and it was so gratifying to witness the progress that she made during her time at the centre and now also since she returned home. The ongoing support that she is receiving has been very helpful in the form of twice weekly online counselling sessions and opportunities for day trips back at Satori. our family has also been able to make use of family counselling. Thank you so, so much Luke and your staff for the genuine care you show to your clients, and to their families, and for literally helping save lives. I am incredibly grateful that I stumbled across the Satori website and had the helpful conversation that I did with Luke that opened the doors to healing for our loved one.

Very slow to respond

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Westdent Clinic! From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional- far above any I've encountered before. The clinic is spotless, and the staff are both professional and caring. I had 23 zirconium crowns done, and the results are stunning; they look so natural! I was initially nervous about getting my teeth done, but the team at Westdent made me feel completely at ease. My dentist was meticulous and patient, answering all my questions. Great hospital, good cordination. I came from England to have an operation here and they had a great guy doing the hospitals English translation. He accompanied me to every analysis and my operation. Capital Hair Center is much more than a hair transplant clinic. I am really happy to choose Capital Hair Center because they give all their patients the red-carpet treatment. They provided accommodation in a luxury hotel. When I arrived at the airport, they welcomed me with a private car. I made a consultation with Dr. Ekrem Keskin, he determined my hairline and decided I need almost 3500 grafts. The operation was great and comfortable. I was at Istanbul Caglayan Florance Hospital on 17th September. Big disappointment in every way. From beginning to end. The check up Dr Aysan Taghiyeve was only listened my heart beat and than suggested me to do more tests and absolutely nothing else. No other conversation. She was not interested to heal me or help me with my health problems at all. I can easily get better quality doctors in Public Hospital (for free!) She has no smile or either zero empathy on her attitude. I kindly ask to switch my doctor and then I got better Dr. He was more informative and helpful straight away. Because of the long waiting time between two doctors I had breakfast after all my blood works. Had breakfast but now my second dr was ask to do more other test but bcs I had breakfast I couldn’t. Unfortunately I disappointed again. After all they told me my test results will be ready later during the day. No body call me to inform me about my results. Call the customer service at least 5 or 6 times told check up department not picking up. Left my phone number still no response. Never ever go to this hospital again and I never suggest to anyone. Running very unprofessionally.
