I am an American living in Seoul. I had shoulder surgery and follow up physical therapy at Nanoori from Feb - Jun 2015. The medical care is fast and efficient. At first visit I had evaluation, x ray, MRI, care plan and scheduled future surgery within 3 hours of arriving. Surgery was successful. Hospital stay was enjoyable. Follow up visits always had very little waiting. Staff and physicians are always friendly and helpful. I will use this hospital again if the need arises.

Hello! I was met by a girl translator who speaks Russian. Without an interpreter, we filled out a questionnaire that was prepared in Russian. The doctor also explained everything in detail what effect would be after the procedures and answered all my questions. I liked the clinic very much, the atmosphere is favorable, the service is excellent, the reverent attitude towards each client. After an hour ride on the subway, its nice to be in a comfortable chair with outstretched legs and a mug of Americano. Girls sincerely thank you !!!! special thanks to the doctor !!! i am sooo happy with my results, i couldn’t have asked for a better dr, not to mention the service and treatment here was excellent. my consultants/translators were silla and sarah and they took care of me so well, they were kind, caring and guided me through everything.

I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and have never worn contacts as I was terrified of anything getting near or touching my eyes. I was mortified of going to the eye doctor as even the pressure machine that blew air scared me. I couldn't be more happy with the care and patience the staff showed me. I am pretty sure they had to run tests multiple times as I kept fidgeting from being nervous. I opted for the Smile PRO to help ease my nerves, and it seemed like almost 5 seconds of the machine working on each eye and about a minute of the the doctor working after. The only thing I would warn of is that my eyes were very sensitive to sunlight about an hour after surgery, and navigating via the subway was a bit hard in my condition. Just be sure you are familiar with public transportation post operation.

I got the Quattro smile lasik procedure 3 days ago and just came in for my follow up. The whole process was very smooth and seamless. I checked in, got all the eye exams and found myself a good candidate for smile lasik. The surgery itself takes less than 10 minutes, but the overall visit with exams took roughly 2-3 hours. Ana was able to assist me with translation and interpreting my concerns and questions. She was so kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I highly recommend getting any procedure done here!

The interior of Ruby was nice. Even the consultation room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Aside from the beauty consultant, there was also another staff who was constantly with us to assist. The consultation with the doctor was brief but comprehensive. I want to commend the doctor who did my consultation because he was so friendly and patient, and really took his time to explain everything to me. I constantly asked if he could do some of my pegs and he kindly explained what he thought would look better on me. I felt safe.
