I am a retired Canadian physician. I injured myself and had an ultrasound showing complete tear of a tendon in my rotator cuff. I knew I needed to seek care outside of Canada because best medical practice calls for early surgical intervention. It is now 4 weeks post injury and I am still waiting to see a specialist. I am grateful to have met with doctora Linette Gomez Espinoza, who initially consulted with me about rotator cuff tendon repair.
