I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.

I was at Istanbul Caglayan Florance Hospital on 17th September. Big disappointment in every way. From beginning to end. The check up Dr Aysan Taghiyeve was only listened my heart beat and than suggested me to do more tests and absolutely nothing else. No other conversation. She was not interested to heal me or help me with my health problems at all. I can easily get better quality doctors in Public Hospital (for free!) She has no smile or either zero empathy on her attitude. I kindly ask to switch my doctor and then I got better Dr. He was more informative and helpful straight away. Because of the long waiting time between two doctors I had breakfast after all my blood works. Had breakfast but now my second dr was ask to do more other test but bcs I had breakfast I couldn’t. Unfortunately I disappointed again. After all they told me my test results will be ready later during the day. No body call me to inform me about my results. Call the customer service at least 5 or 6 times told check up department not picking up. Left my phone number still no response. Never ever go to this hospital again and I never suggest to anyone. Running very unprofessionally.

The hernia operation was okay, although I found out later, the doctor could have used more modern techniques. Don’t expect much information before the operation. But the way they try to take more money than agreed is disgusting. The day after my operation they asked me to pay 320.000 tl extra for a very obscure reason. Later they wanted more money for an extra night in hospital but we agreed on three nights. I made an official complaint to the hospital but they never replied. Although I sent many emails, they never gave an explanation.

I'm absolutely stunned at the lack of customer service having had no response from the Hospital who still have my money. Upon deciding to attend Turkey for Surgery a friend of mine asked if I would take part in a documentary on Health Tourism. I haven't attended the studio to film my thoughts on my return home. The Hospital or should I say Dentist wanted to put things right. I'm a strong believer in giving someone the opportunity to correct things. After making a formal complaint via Hazem. Who on the 17th of Feb stated I should receive a response the next day. However nothing. This is a complex matter with alot of detail. Which I shall include within the next few days. I attended this hospital & Dental Department between the 27th of Jan & 6th of Feb 2025. I had paid for alot of procedures one of which was no done. However when I asked for a refund I was told many conflicting accounts to obtaining my money back which I'm legally entitled to. I also received a quote for dental work but upon attending was told I needed to pay an extra 2k. However having spoken to the dentist it was decided I should not have that treatment. A lower denture and upper one was required with bleeching of seven teeth. An extremely cheaper solution. I questioned this fact. Paying 3.6k for two dentures. Which are not made from any mega expensive materials. This is in fact more expensive than my own country. I was informed I would receive £100 refund as the procedures quoted were not going ahead. This requires an investigation as it smells fishy. I attended several dental appointments but they tried to rush my dentures because of returning home. Going ahead without my agreement the teeth and fit were fine. The morning I was returning home I attended the dentist. The denture was completely wrong and I was even put under pressure to except the dentures. The Manager agreed the teeth were completely wrong and offered to pay for all my travel expenses and hotel in order I could return to give them the opportunity to put things right. I thought this was very important for him to make that offer. He told me to take the dentures to test at home and report any issues on my return. It also gave them the opportunity to obtain the correct shade OM1 Bleech white. However upon my return home absolutely nothing from the hospital apart from one message promising a response. I really want my money back for the procedure I never received and for the botched dental service in order I can attend another company to put things right. Due to the lack of any communication I have spoken to the Ministry of Health in Turkey who have confirmed I have a claim against the company for withholding my money, for the failed dental work and several other factors. Compensation can also be awarded. The Ministry of Health advised me to make a detailed complaint and also request my money back and to make a formal request for my medical records. I've done all three with absolutely no response which of course goes in my favour. The next step is to allow the Ministry of Health to conduct an investigation and to contact media companies in Turkey to highlight my treatment. This is a very sad situation in which any normal company would do everything in order to correct it's mistakes. However Cevre Hospital have chosen to withhold my money and hope this matter goes away.
