My follow-up appointments were anywhere from a few times the week of the surgery, weekly, monthly, then depending on how they were healing, were adjusted appropriately. I was introduced to HERSHE through Gangnam Medical Concierge for several concerns on my face eg, anti aging, smile lines removal, double chin removal, and overall skin rejuvenation. The experience was very private and customized, unlike other clinics i’ve seen online, where you share preparation rooms and MU removal with others. I was brought into a room for private consultation (english consultant and Korean with translation with doctor). I was prepped for sedation in individual rooms for clothes change,MU removal - you also have a private recovery room which I woke up in after the procedure. They’ve throroughly explained through what to expect during recovery etc, medication was provided. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable experience.

The services of the staff were attentive and accommodating. My surgeon Dr Kwon was very patient in answering my questions and doubts making me feel assured about my surgery and recovery. Thank you JK staff for their care during my overnight stay recovery for being very attentive.

The interior of Ruby was nice. Even the consultation room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Aside from the beauty consultant, there was also another staff who was constantly with us to assist. The consultation with the doctor was brief but comprehensive.
