A very positive experience from start to finish, the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful when I initially called for an appointment. The technician made me feel extremely comfortable and explained every process of the scan. She took her time and and was very friendly and professional. The scan was very comfortable and completely pain free. I recommended this service to my mother and mother-in-law who recently had their scan completed and they both shared the same positive experience. I would recommend this service to all women looking to be proactive with their health!

My son was taken from cruise ship and has spent over 2 weeks in ICU. I feel he has received excellent care. Excellent doctors and nurses!! God has blessed us in bringing us this far in his recovery.

Nuestra experiencia con Placid ha sido muy buena gracias a la colaboración de Ines, hay pacientes que preguntan pero se necesita el apoyo del asesor para poder cerrar los casos, el seguimiento que ella hace es fundamental para esto, gracias a Dios y a ella hemos tenido la oportunidad de recibir pacientes de Canadá y Bahamas, esperamos pronto lleguen muchos mas y seguir trabajando en conjunto. saludos!!

This hospital is not handycap accessible at all staff is not friendly, you need to explain to every single employee what is your disability and why due you need to use the elevator. Room wise it ok but they need to turn on the AC or Heating system for you so if you get cold you need to wait until someone comes and assists you with that. Patients food is very limited and juice is more water than juice . Bad communication you due not get inform nothing on your patient after 5-6 hours of patiently waiting on a procedure that should have lasted less than an hour. I wouldn't recommend this place, parking super limited ,also doors by the way close before 9:00 pm. I wouldn't recommend this place look for more accessible options if I would have known all this inconveniences I would have looked for a better option
