I am happy to say everything went smoothly regarding the treatment, I have dialed my insulin pump back, so that makes me happy. My driver was great, the clinic was clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Treatments were quick and not painful (other then the first part of taking stem cells out of my stomach fat- that wasn't much fun). I have no complaints and think it was totally a positive experience, so far with positive results that I am hoping continue to improve.

Dr. Zarate and Dr. Arroyo are amazing! We are grateful to have discovered Sportmed Medical Center! My wife, Carolyn broke her wrist while rollerblading and needed to have open reduction distal radius surgery to repair the injury. We traveled from Washington State for this surgery and are grateful for all the Sportmed staff who were helpful and always very professional. Gilda, the business manager responded to all our questions and concerns via texts and emails in a very timely manner, even on weekends! Dr. Arroyo and Gilda provided us with their personal cell phone numbers to contact them if we had any issues or concerns. Two days after surgery, Carolyn decided to exercise and as a result had some swelling on her injured hand. Dr. Arroyo offered to come directly to our hotel to examine Carolyn’s hand on Sunday if the swelling didn’t go down. Fortunately, the swelling subsided and Dr. Arroyo didn’t need to take time from his day off to come see Carolyn. We have never experienced this type of personal care and compassion in the United States by a medical provider. Prior to selecting Sportmed for Carolyn’s surgery, we did hours of research and found Dr. Arroyo and Zarate to be outstanding surgeons. I am a retired Canadian physician. I injured myself and had an ultrasound showing complete tear of a tendon in my rotator cuff. I knew I needed to seek care outside of Canada because best medical practice calls for early surgical intervention. It is now 4 weeks post injury and I am still waiting to see a specialist. I am grateful to have met with doctora Linette Gomez Espinoza, who initially consulted with me about rotator cuff tendon repair. However, after our initial discussion, I had a private pay mri and I told her that my arm appears to be broken and there will be no need for surgery: hence, I did not wish to waste her time. Dra Gomez Espinoza met with me anyway, and reviewed my mri with me over zoom. I was impressed with her thoroughness, kindness, and professionalism. I would not hesitate to contact her again in the future, should I have need of her surgical expertise.

I am an American living in Seoul. I had shoulder surgery and follow up physical therapy at Nanoori from Feb - Jun 2015. The medical care is fast and efficient. At first visit I had evaluation, x ray, MRI, care plan and scheduled future surgery within 3 hours of arriving. Surgery was successful. Hospital stay was enjoyable. Follow up visits always had very little waiting. Staff and physicians are always friendly and helpful. I will use this hospital again if the need arises.
