antastic company great value I only needed one tooth doing after snapping it on hard chocolate and most companies in the Northwest wanted on average £4k and didn't really want to do only 1 tooth, so I had to look elsewhere for treatment. I was a little uneasy about going abroad for my dentistry and did quite a lot of research before putting my details out to companies in Turkey. Lots came back to me but the reason why I chose this company is because Pelin the lady who responded was not pushy, transparent, very patient with all my questions and prompt with the answers I needed. She didn't request money up front, gave me a very accurate breakdown of costs once I had sent xrays of what needed doing, then all I needed to do was book flights, I sent confirmation and immediately my accommodation was booked and confirmed. On arrival it was clear where to wait for my pre-paid taxi, ( you have to tell the boys at the sign who you are, they have your booking ), then you are guided to where your taxi is. It's an hour from the airport but doesn't take long. The hotel where they book you is nice, clean, comfy and the staff are very helpful.it is a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the clinic and easy to find. Treatment wise you have no worries, Pelin who was my consultant spoke very good English and was there to translate if needed, the doctors and assistants speak good English too but if they don't understand your questions Pelin was there the whole time to translate. They explain everything to you before going ahead, they were caring, gentle and clean which was a big tick. They gave me all the medication I needed which was antibiotics, pain relief and were on hand when I went back to the hotel if I needed them. I had the implant put in and had to wait 4 months before I could return for the abutement, fitting and finally the new tooth, again the booking process was easy, I stayed 4 days this time and it all went smoothly. I am very impressed with this company and can't recommend them highly enough, if you choose to have treatment here, honestly you have no worries about who is looking after you it is a purpose built clinic and very efficiently run, other companies book rooms in hospitals for your treatment but this is state of the art. I would like to thank all at Clinic Prime Istanbul especially Pelin, Alp and Ozlem for making what could have been a real nightmare, into something I am so happy I did.

Great hospital, good cordination. I came from England to have an operation here and they had a great guy doing the hospitals English translation. He accompanied me to every analysis and my operation. The staff team on the 7th floor are to be congratulated for their work, they are good at what they do and you can tell they enjoy their line of work, it’s a pleasure to be nursed by them, thanks for such a easy transition

NEVER TRUST THEM THE WORST JOB DONE !!! After I mad 25 crowns with them and went back to the uk Pain never stopped couldn’t eat or drink couldn’t support any hot or cold water touching my tooth I was in pain killers for over 3 weeks They reserved my a new ticket to come back to fix the damages they made But even though they decided to make me 3 root canal for 3 tooth even though I had explained to them that the pain is in more than just 3 tooth I’m having pain in more than 7 or 8 tooth and needed to do root canal to all of them But they wanted to do the minimum work and send me back to the uk When they sold me the crowns to put on my teeth and take the money they said its 20 years garnered But its not even 6 months and they stopped to recognise the job done !!!!! Absolutely not professional clinic All they care about is to take the money . and I’m still suffering and in pain in every day without any solution and because they got me bake once to Istanbul without doing the full job They say NOW it’s psychological problem can you believe that !!! And when I tell them that the dentist in the uk Says that my tooth need to get the nerves out At this level to stop having pain which is something they should do but they didn’t because they just won’t to got the money and go to the new patient in the fastest time Without doing the job as it should be done or taking care of the person in pain They said that the English doctor are jealous And bad mouth as they lose money Because the Turkish doctor are better Can you believe that again !!!! I have all documents to prove my story and I’m putting some of the chatting between me and the brother of the owner of the clinic ( The manager of the clinic) With his picture and phone number on the chatting on WhatsApp The worst person you might deal with Or trust at all This clinic maybe use to be a good clinic in the past but now they are one of the worst ever and can’t be trusted as all they care about is your money and not your good health Now I will sue them as soon as I can and ask for a refund for the new cost for the damages the made me . And now I must go to another dental clinic to fix the damages they had done and don’t won’t to recognise. As it’s impossible to live with this pain for long NEVER TRUST THEM .. OR USE THEM BAD DENTISTS AND WORST CLINIC

Good evening, I have just returned from the Denteste clinic in Istanbul with the assistant and interpreter Habib, a fair, honest and humane person. I had 14 implants +7 grafts placed, 1 open lateral sinus lilf and 1 closed crestal sinus lilf. I felt no pain, all in 2 hours. A top clinic with real professionals, clean and perfect. I can only recommend this Denteste Tourisme dental clinic. I am going back in 6 months for the laying of the crowns...

I have had 2 risky filling changes, 1 cleaning, 1 teeth whitening. It seems my fillings have gone without complications, and while my teeth whitening is not perfect, it is noticably better than before. Dr. Narin is very knowledable, prioritizes on the correct things, explains everything he is doing with proper language. The staff is very helpful and well trained. They have created a safe and good environment and really care about their patients. I can honestly say this is the best dentist I have been to.

TO ALL PATIENTS THINKING OF USING Dis212 PLEASE READ MY FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE REVIEW  After speaking to numerous dental clinics with my panoramic X-ray, I decided on going with Dis212. They told me I’d only have 2 hours in the dentist chair (my whole experience was 15 hours in Dis212s chair) for my procedure from grinding down my teeth to fitting my new crowns. I flew out to Istanbul, they decided I needed and extra 2 crowns after an upto date X-ray, I was promptly put straight into the chair with a non English speaking dentist who ground down my teeth, the first appointment took over 3 hours and even though I was getting injected with anesthetic I was still feeling a little bit of pain. Each day I would return for shaping and was disappointed that I had no one speaking English in the room only an interpreter who was there at the start of the appointment and at the end. The pain was relentless by my final appointment of which I told the dentist who couldn’t understand and the interpreter who said it would go away. I had before and after pics of my teeth but was in that much pain I couldn’t keep a straight face for my final pic. When I arrived home the pain never went away, both sensitivity and pulsing pain in my teeth and jaw. I was overdosing on pain killers in order to ease the pain. I contracted an infection in my tooth whilst I was in Istanbul and it gave me an abscess for the first time in my life of 43 years. I kept in touch with Dis212 who told me the pain would go, it never did. By April 22 I was in more agony, Dis212 invited me back I said yes ok, they offered to pay for my outgoing flight and hotel but when I told them the flight price they said NO you will have to wait till there cheaper!. I arranged flights in June. I flew back in June after another X-ray they decided on giving me 3 root canals plus to try and sort the infection out with antibiotics and leaving the crown out so air could get to the infection. Using the same dentist I agreed. I was on pain killers all week. Although I had pain I was reassured that the pain would be temporary. When I came back home, the pain started to come back, I got back in contact with Dis212 and they basically said I should be grateful I was invited back and I am just one of those rare cases that they can’t do anything about and my sensitivity will never go away. This conclusion left me really disillusioned with my decision to have my teeth done with this poorly run dentist clinic. My local dentist in the UK kindly looked into my pain using there x-ray and could see straight away that the infection was still there and hadn’t been treated properly, also they said the 3 root canals were not performed to a high standard, hence the pain in those areas. I couldn’t get treated in the UK due to the costs so I went to a dentist in Izmir following a friend’s recommendation from the experience. In January 2023 I flew to Izmir, they performed a panoramic x-ray but then performed a tomography as they couldn’t see clearly on the panoramic what the problem was. They also said the 3 root canals were poorly performed and the infection hadn’t cleared, I also had to have 2 extra root canals. They also said my 22 crowns were not fitted correctly hence why I was getting constant sensitivity issues with hot & cold food/drink. Thankfully the Izmir dentist cleared my infection & performed the root canals with such care & professionalism that the constant pain went away. I am still dealing with the sensitivity as I didn’t have the 22 crowns replaced due to costs. I contacted Dis212 about the 2 dentists view on there root canal treatment, they were very arrogant & said UK dentists are only jealous of the Turkish dentist industry, they didn’t know at the time that I had the rework done in Turkey! The customer care is the worst. I am really concerned for future patients & would not wish the painful experience I had on anyone in future. It’s been a living nightmare.
