I arrived at International Dental Center in Puerto Vallarta on a Saturday morning, a bit apprehensive but excited about the prospect of a brand new crown, created and fitted in just one day.  The welcoming staff greeted me with a smile, instantly putting me at ease.

Dr. Hernandez took the time to thoroughly explain the entire crown procedure.  He addressed any concerns I had in a clear and reassuring manner, putting me at ease.  He explained that the old filling would be removed, and my tooth would be prepared for the new crown.  Having previously visited International Dental Center for a checkup and X-rays, I knew the old silver filling was both unattractive and slightly compromised. Dr. Hernandez advised that a new crown would be the best course of action to protect my tooth in the long term and prevent any potential root canal issues. 

The removal of the old filling and preparation for the new crown went smoothly, thanks to Dr. Hernandez's gentle touch. There were no scary injections! This level of transparency further solidified my trust in his expertise.  

The digital scan allowed Dr. Hernandez to utilize a precision laser machine to create the crown on-site, right there in the clinic! This not only ensured a perfect fit but also saved me the discomfort and waiting time associated with traditional methods.  While the permanent crown was being milled, a temporary crown was placed on the prepared tooth for comfort during my lunch break. 

I was fascinated by the whole process and was even able to watch my new crown being created in real-time through a window in the reception area!  Seeing the technology and the precision involved was truly impressive. Btw the price was $690 for the treatment

Dr. Hernandez's meticulous attention to detail extended to the color matching of the new crown. He wasn't satisfied until the color perfectly matched my existing teeth, ensuring a natural and seamless look. 

I returned for a short second appointment that same day, where the temporary crown was removed and the beautiful new crown was fitted. Gone is the old, unsightly silver filling! Now I have a natural-looking crown that not only enhances my smile but also protects my tooth for the long term.
