Well, addressing cancer treatment with stem cells, I want to begin with the most primitive concept: a mesenchymal stem cell. This means it's a cell that comes from the mesenchyme, which gives structure to cells, acting like the framework that helps extracellular and intracellular communication to maintain harmony in the body. After all, we are made of cells, and each organ is composed of different types of cells, right? So, considering that placental cells are mesenchymal cells that have structures like blood vessels, lymphatic vessels, and nerves, they facilitate communication between the fetus and embryo, allowing life. In this case, the placenta contains these mesenchymal cells. When we relate this to cancer, cancer also has a structure with mesenchymal cells, but the difference is that it also has antigens in its cell wall. Unlike the placenta, which does not have these antigens, cancer cells have proteins that could cause allergic reactions or be recognized as foreign agents.

These placental cells, with zero antigenic information, harmonize with cancer patients, exchanging the cancer’s mesenchymal cells for the healthy placental cells. That is the exchange between cancer stroma and placental stroma.

Fortunately, I have a lot of experience with various types of cancer, and many have had positive outcomes with notable improvements. Patients arrive after chemotherapy, devastated, almost dead, with yellow eyes. I administer my stem cells, and the next day they start eating and sleeping well, showing significant improvement. However, this remains a conflict within science, partly due to conflicting interests that don’t want to give these treatments a chance.

We obtain them from a placenta that we study throughout the pregnancy to ensure it’s free of genetic defects from any pregnant patient, but previously studied.

Not only cancers like leukemia, which come from blood cells, but also other cancers like pancreatic cancer, fat cell cancers like sarcoma, and more aggressive cancers like esophageal and pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is one of the most aggressive and deadly, right?

Exactly, pancreatic cancer is one of the most fatal. But with stem cells, we’ve had success. And something very interesting is that when there’s metastasis, the cancer stroma is highly active, reproducing rapidly. The stem cells act directly in this stromal exchange, so metastasis can be treated with placental stem cells and reversed. We’re talking about potentially curing it, although I don’t like to use the word ‘cure’ because it’s too strong. But we can reverse the malignant process and create harmony so the patient's immune cells can be in optimal condition and defend against the cancer. It’s like cleaning and exchanging genetic material for new, healthy material, which a placenta has because it’s pure.

Nine months.

We extract millions and millions of stem cells, and the rest is discarded.

Zero risk, because placental tissue doesn’t present antigens in its cell walls. It doesn’t have the kind of information that a virus, bacteria, or even cancer has. The placenta only has the capacity for self-renewal.

We use the antigens specific to each cancer, known as tumor markers, which tell us how advanced or large the tumor is. I measure these in the blood before and after treatment to track progress. The markers decrease, while chemotherapy and radiation often just maintain them. Patients can live with cancer for years with chemo and radiation, but they’re left exhausted in many ways—physically, emotionally, and even their hair.
