First of all: This Feedback is written 7 days after the treatment at Regenestem of my herniated disc (29 years old). So I can\'t report the end-result so far, but I will update it in the next 4-8 weeks.

Rating for service in the clinic: 3 Stars

Result: I came with strong pain that I was dealing with for almost 1 year. After the treatment, all my pain was almost immediatly completely gone for around 2 days, the it came back little by little. I contacted Ricardo to ask for this, it was a anti-inflammatory reaction, this is way the pain went away so fast but came back slowly. I should give the stemcells around 90 days to work. But now 1 week later, I still have pain, but significantly less than before in all movements of my day. Now I would rate it on average a 2/10 pain, before I would have rated it 7/10.
So I\'m very happy with the result so far.

Service: Ricardo himself is answering super fast and seems to be available all the time, so he is doing an outstanding job.
What I didn\'t like in the experience were the waiting times in the clinic. The treatment itself took around 45-60 minutes I would estimate (didn\'t stop the time). But in total I was around 2:15 hours in the clinic. Waiting before the treatment, then after changing the clothes to operational kit, after talking with the doctor. This could have been all improved. Also that the doctor was looking at my MRI pictures just before the treatment. They could have asked for the pictures way in advance to prepare it. Like this it was spontaneous and luckily I had them in the Google Drive, because I didn\'t know it\'s better to bring them.
Other Point I didn\'t like is, that the team was speaking spanish most of the time and I don\'t understand spanish. So I felt like I\'m an outsider and they just switched from time to time to english.

This is why I give a 5-stars for the Result and just a 3-stars for the service. But I\'m really grateful for the treatment and hope that the clinic can use this feedback to improve certains aspects :)

I travelled from New Zealand to do the treatment with Regenestem. I am so grateful I did. Not only were they amazing in supporting my journey to and from the clinic, but the treatment was a seamless and pleasant experience. I highly recommend them. I’ll be back in a couple months to report my health improvements.

Besides being super knowledgeable with regards to the latest in homeopathic medicine and treatments, their fast response to an emergency situation saved a life today. Would give 10 stars if possible. My husband went for stem cell therapy. From my first phone Conversation with the owner until the procedure was completed they were beyond professional.They answered all of our questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Regenestem. Unfortunately, the PRP that was injected under May eyes lasted but a week and the Botox/dysport never took effect ( I was never shown the Dysport tube so u sure what was really injected
though they’re very beautiful people. I had to go back three times and still not happy with my results. I cannot recommend this place.
I hate to write any reviews that are not beneficial but I spent a lot of money that I work very hard for and it was wasted

Just had PDO threads done here….wow! What a fantastic experience all around. Professional, welcoming, comforting and even funny Dr and staff. Look no further! I went for the first time last week for a new treatment I never did before! I was a bit nervous, because I\'m hypersensitive, and the Doctor put me right at ease and was excellent at what she does, and has a great energy and attitude. The Onwers and His wife were particularly helpful and welcoming! The place is very clean and pretty spacious, and the prices very competitive! I highly recommend them and all their fine services!

Dr. Novas was very knowledgeable and professional. I got PDO threads done and it was easy-breezy. She patiently answered all my questions and gave me her expertise. Absolutely amazing experience. I had threads done last month. I\'m so happy with the results that I\'ve returned for fillers and botox. This is my go to for turning the clock back. Very highly recommended. Best prices, friendliest staff, and expert knowledge.

Very Disappointed; recvd 1st treatment in Sept. 2nd treatment due in Dec. 11/2 prior to appt recvd call to cancel advising that insurance had not paid them. I called ins co and was told they were paid on 12/28 . I called and spoke with Cindy who told me to speak with Rick and would give a message for him to call me. He never called back. I then sent an email req a call back from Rick. Once again no call back. If my ins did not pay enough you would think I at least deserved a courtesy of a call back. I will ot call a third time and have decided to seek another form of treatment for my knees. I thought they had more class than this. My response to the owner of Regenestem: Avmed has been an excellent ins co for me throughout the years and no other medical partner has ever voiced a complaint to me as you have done. I have not doubted your sincerity in treatment otherwise i\"d have given you one star. My complaint with you is that after you explained why you cancelled further treatment I called Avmed on your behalf to process payment. They explained to me what you needed to do to receive the other half of the payment. I tried twice to get in touch with you to explain what I was told however, you failed to give me the courtesy of a return call. Now perhaps what Avmed paid you was not enough for you to be profitable. This is between you and your preauthorization with the company. If you fail to communicate with me , how can I communicate with Avmed (not that I even have to). The bottom line is that I have always acted in good faith, you have not. If you are unable to clear enough Benjamins on my treatment come out and admit it and there would never have been a need for any negative review.

I had a cancerous tumor and chose Regenestem to utilize: immune boosting treatments, hydrogen peroxide and high dose IV Vitamin C and stem cell therapies rather than chemotherapy or radiation at hospitals.
I have continued to be a Regenestem patient for a year and am delighted to report that my last MRI report indicated mitigation of the tumor and remission of metastasis. Regenestem staff have always been helpful, professional, and caring.

The adipose stem cell treatment I received at Regenestem for COPD literally saved my life. The doctors are amazing. The staff was very friendly, accommodating & knowledgable. After the treatment the improvement was immediate. My exposure to the debris field from 9/11 destroyed my lungs. I had only 11% lung function last year when I got the first treatment. I would not be alive if didn\'t have the treatment. The very next day I didn\'t need my inhaler when I woke. I was able to walk up multiple flights of stairs which I was no longer able to do. Each week walking up the stairs got easier & easier. I was not needing the inhaler afterwards. I can\'t thank Rick enough. He saved my life. The treatment literally gave me my life back.
