In 1973, Dr. Pollock earned an osteopathic medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. He then completed an internship and residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, as well as a medical oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York.

Dr. Pollock is board certified and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists (FACOI). He served as Chief of the Department of Medicine’s Section of Clinical Oncology, Medical Director of Breast Health Services, Chairman of the Tumor Board and the Medical Resident Training Program, and Senior Attending Physician of the Department of Medicine’s Section of Oncology.

In July 2008, Dr. Pollock joined the Medical Oncology Department at CTCA at Southwestern Regional Medical Center.
