She was born in 1970 in Ankara. In 1992, she graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry. In 1993 she began her clinic administration at the clinic she opened up and her professional practices.

Since her graduation, she has participated in many national and international congresses and trainings. Dental practices have changed a lot for the last 10-15 years, as many other sectors have.

Day by day, a new material, a new product, and a new treatment method are developing. Therefore, the importance of postgraduate education is quite high. So as to refresh her knowledge, to have a new vision, she got her master's degree from Aesthetic Dentistry Department, New York University, School of Dentistry in 2011-2012. Her master thesis was on "bonding agents".

As a result of the studies she carried out and her continuity, she was recognized as a member of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry.

At the same time, she was accepted to EAF and ADA. These associations and memberships have allowed her to meet dentists providing postgraduate training and the opportunity to work together.

She has seen the importance of a dentist assistant and how these assistants are supportive in clinics she visited abroad and she organized a great many dentist assistant training programs in 2012-2013. Numerous dental assistants benefited from these training programs.

The postgraduate education of Güzin Kırsaçlıoğlu is not just limited to dentistry. At the same time, she received "PAUL MEYER" leadership and management training, NLP, life coaching, communication and management trainings. As a result of these trainings and 23 years of experience, she trains dentists and dental assistants on clinic management and doctor-patient relationship. She gave dental assistantship training together with the Medical Education Institute.

She is working actively through taking part in NGOs. She is an active member of Kagider, Kaisder and Young Enterprise and Governance Association.

She wrote in many magazines and newspapers on both dentistry and communication, and she also participated in TV programs. She is currently providing service in many branches, particularly in aesthetic dentistry and implant treatments with her team in her 4-unit clinic.
