After his residency, Dr. Celebiler went on to receive further specialized training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the Marmara University Faculty of Medicine from 1991-2020, followed by a specialization in Oral, Maxillofacial and Neck Surgery from 1995-1996. He obtained his professorship in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2010.

Dr. Celebiler is an active member of the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (TSPRS) and was the founding president of the Istanbul Association for Craniofacial Reconstruction (IACR). He regularly attends international conferences to stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field and is always looking for ways to improve his plastic surgery practice.
