From my initial visit to Seneca my experience was amazing. The clinic is impeccable with emphasis in detail. The facilities are great, tasteful and very clean! The staff kind and always happy to answer any concerns you might have. The doctor very skilled and friendly explained every step of the procedure and made me feel safe. The procedure was almost painless, we were talking, listened to music, and watched Netflix. After the procedure i was given meds and post op instructions in a booklet. I was really stunned by the whole process and the professionalism and i strongly recommend if someone is considering performing Hair Transplant to visit Seneca.

Due to my close friend Nikos Pagopoulos, who works for Seneca, I was introduced, encouraged, and guided in detail to undergo my second transplant at Seneca clinic. Today, two days after the procedure, I write this review with great enthusiasm and satisfaction. The doctor who attended to me, Mr. Gounaris, I must admit, is incredibly gentle in his movements, very meticulous, and extremely kind, with a smiling face and perfectionism in his work. Additionally, nurse Evangelia, who participated in the process, assisting the doctor and taking care of everything within the space (from nursing duties to the playlist we listened to), was very kind, smiling, and had a tremendous sense of humor. Overall, having prior experience two years ago in another clinic, I must confess that the difference, from the environment to the quality of the result, puts Seneca several levels ahead.

From first consultation with George and his team till the day of the procedure, Seneca kept me informed of what to expect on the day and a detailed structured aftercare plan. I was treated at the Seneca clinic in Glasgow. This was a top up procedure from my initial one in October 2021.
The service from George (CEO), Alex (Clinic Manager), Susan (Customer Relations Executive), Eleanna (Surgeon) and Rachel (Surgeon Assistant) was truly first class.
George, Alex and Susan respond and communicate well and made sure all was good for my procedure and then Rachel and Eleanna took care of me for the procedure. They put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable.
I would 100% recommend Seneca for anyone’s hair procedure, as the pre service, the procedure and the post service is great.
I look forward to my more dense hair in months to come.

Well I just wanted to share my experience today after my long awaited transplant. I was originally going to turkey but due to a few things it was not for me. I contacted Seneca Hair Transplant - UK because I wanted a uk place and I can’t begin to explain how happy I am. I went down for my scheduled appointment in October but due to high blood pressure they refused to do it. I was gutted but understand why. They wrote to my doctors and agreed a medication plan. Arrived today and the BP was a wee bit high so they calmed me down (nerves) and re did tests and alas it went ahead. The staff are beyond amazing and the place was phenomenal. I won’t lie and the injections of anaesthetic are sore but if I can manage it anyone can! There was a couple of times my surgeon noticed I was feeling a wee bit so asked and administered more to that area. The after care from nurses and managers was unreal! I left and got in the car and bumped my bloody head! I went back and everyone was leaving at the door in there coats but alas it was straight into the room again with a full team and fixed it! No questions, no issues and no stress! Flawless! I am home now and ready for bed but am in no pain and totally happy with today. I honestly can’t say strongly enough not to by pass this company - I am so so so glad I choose them! I know also a long road ahead but know they are there for support!
