I would like to sincerely thank both the doctors Dr.Saurabh Joshi and
Dr. Rohit Basapure for the surgery they performed on both my legs. I developed a clot in my left leg and had varicose veins in both legs. After 5 months my legs are much better, the swellings have reduced, the skin colour and texture has improved, there is significantly less blue-ness of the skin and the pain is much less. The guidance and post-operative guidance given by the doctors is also very commendable. It is essential to get varicose veins corrected in time, before it becomes too serious an issue.

I had observed early varicose veins about 40 years which I kept neglecting until July 2019 when I had swelling on my right ankle and lots of itching. I was then advised by my GP that my varicose veins problem is highly aggravated and I should consult a varicose surgeon for surgery. We looked up the Internet and decided to consult Dr. Saurabh Joshi at Vein Center, Khar west in Mumbai. He examined me and advised surgery which I should have undergone many many years ago. While doing sonography he explained the problem in detail as well as how it would be tackled. He explained in great detail how the surgery will be done and said it would take about six months to see positive results.
Dr. Saurabh made me very comfortable, spent a lot of time explaining everything in detail and answered all questions from me as well as my family. He is very polite and soft-spoken. He advised me to remain in touch through WhatsApp messages and kept advising me on change in medication and when to see him as and when he felt necessary.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is suffering from varicose veins.

Best treatment for varicose veins in Vein Centre! Dr. Saurabh is one of the most humble, well experienced and reliable, doctors in town. Got both my legs (cause being - deep venous insufficiency) treated two years back and am doing quite well under his treatment. Kudos for all his recent achievements abroad and also for the new centre in Khar. Keep up the good work.

It was wonderful experience with Dr. Saurabh Joshi. My surgery was with minimal invasive approach. The service which i got was excellent. I had both legs varicose vein. Dr. Saurabh Joshi did Venaseal procedure. Post surgery recovery was excellent. First two photos are of before surgery ( 30.11.2021). Other two photos are of 7th day post surgery (07.12.2021).

Hi I’m Rina from Mumbai. I am 63 years old and have been suffering from severe Varicose Veins for many years. It was so bad that my right ankle was perpetually swollen and blackened. It was extremely painful and I could not do any sort of activity, even walking for a few minutes or having a bath resulted in excessive pain and discomfort. I am a heart patient and no anaesthesiologist would give me anaesthesia so any kind of invasive treatment was out of question. I did have a non invasive treatment done in 2011 called Foam Sclerotherapy but within a few months my Varicose Veins were back. I had no other recourse and was under the impression that I would have to bear this pain discomfort and embarrassment for the rest of my life and live without enjoying my life to the fullest.
One day while watching YouTube I came across an advertisement for Venaseal which was done in the Vein Center at Khar. I researched a bit and was convinced that this was meant for me. I consulted Dr. Saurabh Joshi at the Vein Center Khar. He is a wonderful person and an angel in human form. He checked out my Varicose Veins did a Doppler Scan and explained to me the Venaseal Procedure with utmost patience and care.
Then came the pre - procedure tests. Being a heart patient there were a few extra tests and consents I had to take than a normal patient but Dr Saurabh was very understanding and careful and explained each and every extra consent that I had to take and why.
Anyway I passed the plethora of tests and consents and only when Dr Saurabh was convinced that I could go through this procedure without a problem did we set up a date for the procedure.
The day for the procedure dawned and I was a little worried as I can’t bear pain but Dr Saurabh and the anaesthesiologist put me at ease talking to me and calming me they even put on my favourite Hemant Kumar songs and finally I was ready for the procedure.
The procedure itself was only for half an hour or so and totally painless even for a person like me who is petrified of injections and pain. I didn’t even realise when the procedure started and when it was over.
Today it been a week and I went for my follow up consultation and I couldn’t believe the change in my legs. The swelling has almost disappeared and so has the discolouration pain and discomfort. After years I was able to look at my legs without being perturbed and Dr Saurabh has assured me that they will get better in the coming days. I can’t wait to start my exercises and yoga.
I am so grateful to Dr Saurabh, The Vein Center and the Venaseal procedure for giving me back my legs and my life because without my legs my life was useless.
I would recommend this procedure to all those suffering from Varicose Veins.

I am writing this appreciation letter on behalf of my mother in law, Sarojini Nair. I came across Vein Center while scrolling through YouTube and it appealed to me as she was suffering from varicose veins ulcer since 10 years which was painful and took several months to heal. The first consultation was fixed at Reliance Hospital ,Koparkhairane and Dr Santosh Patil explained very nicely in detail about the entire procedure. Venaseal procedure was performed by Dr Saurabh Joshi and his team who spoke very politely and made my anxious mother in law relaxed. The entire procedure was done efficiently. After two months, the ulcer on her feet has almost healed and the dark colour of the skin has also disappeared. Our heartfelt thanks to Dr Saurabh Joshi, Dr Santosh Joshi, Dr Navsari, Dr Purva Khandelwal, each and every hospital staff, Mr Sujith Kumar (Case Manager) and his team.
