A hospital with the best medical staff in Korea, both in name and reality
Google Dec 14 2022
Everyone expects the best medical staff when they contract an unexpected serious illness.
The first hospital that comes to mind at that time is Seoul National University Hospital.
In addition, as expected, many patients want to be treated at this hospital and their satisfaction with treatment is also high.
However, since this is the hospital that everyone wants, there are bound to be problems that come with it.
First of all, accessibility is difficult.
It is common to wait several months for an appointment for your first treatment. (If you have a problem with your body and need treatment, we recommend making an appointment at Seoul National University Hospital first and then preparing by getting basic tests and emergency treatment at another medical institution while you wait.)
In order to receive treatment at a general hospital, you must obtain a letter of recommendation from a nearby hospital, which can be easily obtained.
As for transportation, if you come by car, the parking lot is complicated, but you can usually find a parking spot within 10 minutes.
10-minute walk from Hyehwa Station on Subway Line 4 (based on the main building)
Those who have difficulty walking can use the village bus.
Seoul National University Hospital has different buildings depending on the treatment department, such as the main building (inpatient treatment), cancer ward, children's ward, and Korean outpatient department, so please check your destination in advance before visiting.
There are various auxiliary facilities within the hospital, such as resting, dining, and cafes, so please refer to them and use them.

I went there for the first time in January 2019, and the confidence and detailed explanations of the surgery professor disappeared and I gained confidence. I had surgery in February 2019 and the results were good. In March 2019, the internal medicine professor gave me good treatment and management, and the radiotherapy also gave results. I liked it, so I continued to follow up, and in January 24, I was diagnosed with the first cure and transferred to a mid-level hospital. I am very grateful to the professor of internal medicine who told me to take good care of myself and stay healthy. The past five years have been like a dream. I feel like I was discharged from the military. It is a good, but also sad and sad feeling. After being reborn like this, I will repay you by living my second life harder than anyone else. Thank you so much to all the medical staff and faculty at Seoul National University Hospital ???? Goodbye SNUH.

The place I would recommend is Seoul National University Hospital. It is located about a 10-minute walk from Exit 3 of Hyehwa (Seoul National University Hospital) Station on Line 4. Many people who hope for good medical care are waiting there. The hospital is very clean because they frequently disinfect, and the building is very large. There are people of diverse ages from children to elderly in this. I have visited the hospital many times for my cousin's surgery. Through the reliable doctors, I was able to calm my anxious mind. They provide the best treatment with friendly service. There is restaurant in the hospital so you can fill your stomach while waiting. Since the hospital is located in the Hyehwa, I recommend visiting various attractions and restaurants after your treatment is finished.

We were on vacation on Seoul when our 4 year old fell in our hotel and banged her chin on the ground, opening a large gash. The plastic surgery staff gave her 7 stitches. We felt very well cared for in a foreign country where we did not speak the language. The staff all spoke enough English to make us and our young child feel comfortable. I hope to never be injured in Seoul but if I was, I'd go back!
