Em novembro passado eu e minha esposa , tivemos o prazer de visitar a clínica dentica e devo dizer que foi uma experiência excepcional do início ao fim. Como alguém que geralmente teme consultas dentárias, fiquei agradavelmente surpreso com o nível de cuidado e profissionalismo demonstrado pela equipe desta clínica.
Desde o momento em que entrei, fui recebido calorosamente pela recepcionista, que tornou o processo de check-in sem problemas. A área de espera era limpa, e tinha aquele cafezinho☕️gostoso ,foi confortável e tinha uma atmosfera calmante, o que ajudou a aliviar qualquer nervosismo pré-consulta.
A dentista foi incrivelmente habilidosa e experiente. Ela dedicaram tempo para explicar minuciosamente os procedimentos e abordar quaisquer preocupações que eu tivesse, o que imediatamente me tranquilizou. Ao longo da consulta, o Dra Cristina manteve um toque gentil e garantiu que eu estivesse confortável o tempo todo.
A higienista dental que realizou a minha limpeza também foi fantástica. Ela foi minuciosa e gentil, e pude perceber que ela realmente era apaixonada por promover a saúde bucal. A atenção aos detalhes e o nível de cuidado que ela proporcionou foram verdadeiramente louváveis.
Um aspecto que se destacou para mim foi o equipamento de última geração e a tecnologia utilizada na clínica Ficou claro que eles priorizam estar atualizados com os últimos avanços em cuidados dentários, o que me deu confiança na qualidade do serviço que recebi.
No geral, minha experiência superou minhas expectativas em todos os aspectos. A equipe foi amigável e profissional, as instalações eram de primeira linha e o nível de cuidado que recebi foi excepcional. Saí me sentindo confiante em relação à minha saúde bucal e grato por ter encontrado uma clínica dentária tão fantástica. I am a nervous person, I was somewhat afraid of dentists. “Dentica” changed my way of thinking. It is a wonderful clinic that is carrying out my orthodontic processes ☺️.
