Dr. Bartosz Katkowski, MD – a general surgery specialist and experienced bariatric surgeon, known for his empathetic approach and use of modern surgical techniques. Education
Dr. Bartosz Katkowski graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Piasts of Silesia Medical University in Wroclaw in 2011. During his studies, he participated in the Erasmus program at Ruhr-Universität Bochum (Faculty of Medicine) in Germany (2008–2009).
In 2014, he completed postgraduate studies in Health Care Management at the Faculty of Postgraduate Medical Education.
Career
He completed his surgical specialization at the Specialized Medical Center (SCM S.A.) in Polanica-Zdrój, where he worked in the Departments of General and Vascular Surgery, the Emergency Department, and the General Surgery Outpatient Clinic. He has also participated in numerous internships and training programs both in Poland and abroad, focusing on minimally invasive techniques in general surgery.
