About - Dr. Max Grieg
Dr. Max Greig, born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, has dual citizenship in Mexico and the United States. Dr. Maximilian is a Mexican Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon and a medical staff member of several private hospitals in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico.
Dr. Greig completed his education and orthopedic surgical training in Guadalajara, Mexico, as well as a rotation and specialized training in Muenster, Germany, and a course in Edinburg, Texas.
Dr. Greig finds time among his many civic responsibilities to donate surgical services to children at a Puerto Vallarta orphanage. He recently completed his term as Medical Director of Puerto Vallarta's first medical school.
Dr. Greig is part of many important doctor groups. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), Mexican Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon (CMOT), the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS) and the Mexican Federation of Orthopedics and Traumatology (AMOT-FEMECOT). He also learned special ways to help with hips and shoulders in German.
