Patient History Form - You can fill this out online or have it emailed to you.

Airport and Travel - Fly into McAllen International Airport. It's less than 30 minutes from the border. Email your flight itinerary to Dr. Gonzalez.

Transportation - We'll provide transportation from the airport to your accommodations, to our office in Mexico, and back to the airport.

Accommodations - We recommend La Sirena B&B in Donna, TX.

McAllen is a great place for shopping. If you want to visit the beach, South Padre Island is about an hour away.

Border Crossing - You'll need your passport to cross back into the USA.

Allergies - Tell us about any medication allergies you have.

Procedure Fee & Payment - We accept cashier's checks, money transfers, and cash. There's a 3% fee for credit cards.

You can mail your payment to 1308 S Dogwood St., Pharr, TX 78577. You can also wire the money to a US account.

We'll give you a receipt for the procedure. Ask your CPA if your travel and medical expenses are tax deductible.

Before and After Procedures

• Dress comfortably.
• Tell Dr. Gonzalez if you have any health conditions.
• Eat a light meal before the procedure.
• Avoid intense exercise for a week.
• Expect some swelling and bruising.
• Keep the bandages on for as long as possible.
• Stitches will need to be removed after a week or so.
• You might feel a lump under the skin where the implant is. This will go away in a few months.
• Call our office if you have any questions.
• Keep a log of how you're feeling after the treatment.

You might need to change the doses of your medications after the treatment. Let us know if you have any side effects.

Recommended Diet

Eat a healthy diet before and after treatment:
