Our center opened its doors in May 2004 in Guadalajara with its Outpatient Surgery Center. The Specialties Hospital inaugurated in March 2006, this building is the final part of a project that seeks to offer the most exclusive health-service options in the region.

• Skin Cancer Clinic: The clinic is made up of a group of dermatologists and related specialists working together in one location so that they may offer integrated patient examinations. This allows them to recognize, diagnose and treat cancerous lesions.
• Knee Clinic: This is a highly specialized medical unit for the integrated management of knee joint problems.
• Dream and Epilepsy clinic: The purpose of the Sleep Clinique is to detect and correct all conditions and complications caused by sleep disorders, mainly snoring and obstructive apnea. The Sleep clinique includes specialists in:

• Coloproctology Unit or Clinic: A Coloproctology Unit or Clinic may be defined as “an aggregate of human resources and attendant material support for diagnosing, treating and providing follow-up for patients with colorectoanal illness, and for promoting and conducting research into related pathologies.”
• Respiratory and Inhalation care clinic: Respiratory or Inhalation Therapy Services refer to non-surgical support treatment that  improves blood oxygenation in patients who have, or may develop, respiratory tract illness or complications.
• Obesity Clinic: Surgery is currently considered to be the most effective form of reducing weight and maintaining weight loss, and this center is known for its excellence in obesity surgery and laparoscopy. Among other high-technology procedures, it provides gastric bypass and gastric band surgery.

Our Insurance Department:

Our staff specializes in the area of insurance claims and counsel, providing the link between the insured patient and the insurance company.

We have arrangements with Mexican insurers who provide major medical, medical, accident and automobile insurance, and with foreign insurance companies providing major medical coverage.

Information – Services:

Authorization forms; Seven days ahead of time, our staff helps to complete the paperwork necessary to solicit the insurance provider’s authorization for surgery or other procedures: the advantage is that knowing each company’s conditions expedites such authorization. We can foresee any deductible and coinsurance amounts that may apply, as well as payments to the attending physician and his or her team, the amounts authorized for hospitalization costs, etc.
