I have read through some of the other reviews here and I feel as though the people who write somewhat negative reviews are being very ungrateful. Thee fact is, they are looking at the outer shell and not looking to the contents within. Best Hospital I have ever visited, bar none. The staff treats you like family. I have never experienced such kindness, honesty, and openness from the cleaning ladies, through the Nursing Staff, to the Doctors. I stayed for a week and a half on the third floor. If it were possible, I would give the third floor staff seven stars... five isn"t enough. Here you can get an appointment immediately. The doctor does his tests and openly discusses with you your options. The operation went as smooth as can be expected. Prices are more than fair.

Very slow to respond

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Westdent Clinic! From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional- far above any I've encountered before. The clinic is spotless, and the staff are both professional and caring. I had 23 zirconium crowns done, and the results are stunning; they look so natural! I was initially nervous about getting my teeth done, but the team at Westdent made me feel completely at ease. My dentist was meticulous and patient, answering all my questions. Capital Hair Center is much more than a hair transplant clinic. I am really happy to choose Capital Hair Center because they give all their patients the red-carpet treatment. They provided accommodation in a luxury hotel. When I arrived at the airport, they welcomed me with a private car. I made a consultation with Dr. Ekrem Keskin, he determined my hairline and decided I need almost 3500 grafts. The operation was great and comfortable. I was at Istanbul Caglayan Florance Hospital on 17th September. Big disappointment in every way. From beginning to end. The check up Dr Aysan Taghiyeve was only listened my heart beat and than suggested me to do more tests and absolutely nothing else. No other conversation. She was not interested to heal me or help me with my health problems at all. I can easily get better quality doctors in Public Hospital (for free!) She has no smile or either zero empathy on her attitude. I kindly ask to switch my doctor and then I got better Dr. He was more informative and helpful straight away. Because of the long waiting time between two doctors I had breakfast after all my blood works. Had breakfast but now my second dr was ask to do more other test but bcs I had breakfast I couldn’t. Unfortunately I disappointed again. After all they told me my test results will be ready later during the day. No body call me to inform me about my results. Call the customer service at least 5 or 6 times told check up department not picking up. Left my phone number still no response. Never ever go to this hospital again and I never suggest to anyone. Running very unprofessionally.

NEVER TRUST THEM THE WORST JOB DONE !!! After I mad 25 crowns with them and went back to the uk Pain never stopped couldn’t eat or drink couldn’t support any hot or cold water touching my tooth I was in pain killers for over 3 weeks They reserved my a new ticket to come back to fix the damages they made But even though they decided to make me 3 root canal for 3 tooth even though I had explained to them that the pain is in more than just 3 tooth I’m having pain in more than 7 or 8 tooth and needed to do root canal to all of them But they wanted to do the minimum work and send me back to the uk When they sold me the crowns to put on my teeth and take the money they said its 20 years garnered But its not even 6 months and they stopped to recognise the job done !!!!! Absolutely not professional clinic All they care about is to take the money . and I’m still suffering and in pain in every day without any solution and because they got me bake once to Istanbul without doing the full job They say NOW it’s psychological problem can you believe that !!! And when I tell them that the dentist in the uk Says that my tooth need to get the nerves out At this level to stop having pain which is something they should do but they didn’t because they just won’t to got the money and go to the new patient in the fastest time Without doing the job as it should be done or taking care of the person in pain They said that the English doctor are jealous And bad mouth as they lose money Because the Turkish doctor are better Can you believe that again !!!! I have all documents to prove my story and I’m putting some of the chatting between me and the brother of the owner of the clinic ( The manager of the clinic) With his picture and phone number on the chatting on WhatsApp The worst person you might deal with Or trust at all This clinic maybe use to be a good clinic in the past but now they are one of the worst ever and can’t be trusted as all they care about is your money and not your good health Now I will sue them as soon as I can and ask for a refund for the new cost for the damages the made me . And now I must go to another dental clinic to fix the damages they had done and don’t won’t to recognise. As it’s impossible to live with this pain for long NEVER TRUST THEM .. OR USE THEM BAD DENTISTS AND WORST CLINIC
