Hasan did a rhinoplasty on me and completely destroyed my nose. He did the opposite of what I wanted. I told him to fix my tip and told him to NOT touch my nasal bone/bridge. Hasan didn’t fix my tip, BUT my nose bone/bridge. I was so devastated when I saw the end result, I loved my nose bone. After they completely ignored me. I wouldn’t use Hasan for rhino, he doesn’t listen to you wishes and does the opposite! there are so many other talented doctors in turkey

In this hospital where Prof.Dr. Ebubekir Senates (Gastroenterology) works, is the best doctor for me who I can recommend to everyone. After a year of examinations in german hospitals without results I flew to Istanbul Turkey in September 2022 (on recommendation). Prof. Dr. Ebubekir Senates asked me several questions and looked at all my files that I brought with me from Germany and knew instantly what illness I was suffering from. Since than i'am using the medication he prescrepted me and no more pain attacs has been occured. Im so grateful that I went to his hospital, not only he is an expert in these type of illnesses he also takes the time to listen to your story. I'm absolutely stunned at the lack of customer service having had no response from the Hospital who still have my money. Upon deciding to attend Turkey for Surgery a friend of mine asked if I would take part in a documentary on Health Tourism. I haven't attended the studio to film my thoughts on my return home. The Hospital or should I say Dentist wanted to put things right. I'm a strong believer in giving someone the opportunity to correct things. After making a formal complaint via Hazem. Who on the 17th of Feb stated I should receive a response the next day. However nothing. This is a complex matter with alot of detail. Which I shall include within the next few days. I attended this hospital & Dental Department between the 27th of Jan & 6th of Feb 2025. I had paid for alot of procedures one of which was no done. However when I asked for a refund I was told many conflicting accounts to obtaining my money back which I'm legally entitled to. I also received a quote for dental work but upon attending was told I needed to pay an extra 2k. However having spoken to the dentist it was decided I should not have that treatment. A lower denture and upper one was required with bleeching of seven teeth. An extremely cheaper solution. I questioned this fact. Paying 3.6k for two dentures. Which are not made from any mega expensive materials. This is in fact more expensive than my own country. I was informed I would receive £100 refund as the procedures quoted were not going ahead. This requires an investigation as it smells fishy. I attended several dental appointments but they tried to rush my dentures because of returning home. Going ahead without my agreement the teeth and fit were fine. The morning I was returning home I attended the dentist. The denture was completely wrong and I was even put under pressure to except the dentures. The Manager agreed the teeth were completely wrong and offered to pay for all my travel expenses and hotel in order I could return to give them the opportunity to put things right. I thought this was very important for him to make that offer. He told me to take the dentures to test at home and report any issues on my return. It also gave them the opportunity to obtain the correct shade OM1 Bleech white. However upon my return home absolutely nothing from the hospital apart from one message promising a response. I really want my money back for the procedure I never received and for the botched dental service in order I can attend another company to put things right. Due to the lack of any communication I have spoken to the Ministry of Health in Turkey who have confirmed I have a claim against the company for withholding my money, for the failed dental work and several other factors. Compensation can also be awarded. The Ministry of Health advised me to make a detailed complaint and also request my money back and to make a formal request for my medical records. I've done all three with absolutely no response which of course goes in my favour. The next step is to allow the Ministry of Health to conduct an investigation and to contact media companies in Turkey to highlight my treatment. This is a very sad situation in which any normal company would do everything in order to correct it's mistakes. However Cevre Hospital have chosen to withhold my money and hope this matter goes away.

I found my experience with Estetik International very frustrating, and if you would like to do something with them, I would like to warn you about what exactly you can expect from them. I went there to do septoplasty and breast augmentation; they were on the higher price side and looked very nice in the beginning. However: 1. They lied to me multiple times: - I was promised that I would meet my doctor one day before surgery and we would have a chat. “The doctor was busy,” so I met him 30 minutes before surgery the next day. They gave me only two options for breast implants to see, and the doctor decided on the size himself. I also wanted to do neck lipo, but they gave me a chin implant instead (I didn’t have fat there, but since the doctor only saw me on the day, he made the call). If it had been up to me, I would not have gone for the chin implant! - I was told that they work 24/7 and I would have all the required support. On day 5, complications started. As I learned later, I had an infection after surgery that caused internal bleeding. I tried to call my point of contact. When she finally answered, she said, “I will call the clinic and they will send a nurse.” Half an hour later, nothing happened. When we called again, she turned off her phone. The clinic was closed, and no, they don’t work 24/7. So I spent the night in the ER, almost died, and of course, they didn’t take responsibility for what happened. 2. They gave me the wrong-sized bra. I had bleeding scratches on my back after wearing it for 7 days. They gave me the proper one in Ireland, and it also reduced the amount of pain I felt. 3. When I came to have my stitches removed, the doctor didn’t put gloves on! I realized it when I smelled strong tobacco. 4. They didn’t even bother to take a next-of-kin contact! Although I left my husband’s phone number with my point of contact, when I got out of surgery, I texted him myself that he could come and see me. 5. I constantly felt under-informed. I think if I hadn’t asked questions, I wouldn’t have received any instructions. 6. My main language is English, but I have an Eastern European name. The staff was ignorant of that and just talked to me in Russian by default. 7. In the quotation I received, it said they would book a 5-star hotel. Not only was it 4-star, but the room we were booked in was tiny. The food in the hotel: one dish we ordered was undercooked, and my salad had rotten iceberg leaves. Cleanliness level: they never washed or vacuumed the floor in our room. The bed sheets had holes in them, and clean towels came with someone else’s hair still stuck on them. One time, a new “clean” bed sheet came with blood stains, and we called room service to replace it again. The gym didn’t have air conditioning, and the treadmill was broken. They sent me a form to contact the Patient Rights Department. Guess what—the form doesn’t work, and the “English” version is not fully translated either.
