I am a retired Canadian physician. I injured myself and had an ultrasound showing complete tear of a tendon in my rotator cuff. Do not go to this man Dr. Navarro. He performed half the required spine procedure and lied to me of what was performed, then he would not provide documentation of payment and itemized receipt so I could get reimbursed what I paid to him, by my insurance company.
