I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and have never worn contacts as I was terrified of anything getting near or touching my eyes. I was mortified of going to the eye doctor as even the pressure machine that blew air scared me. I couldn't be more happy with the care and patience the staff showed me. I am pretty sure they had to run tests multiple times as I kept fidgeting from being nervous. I opted for the Smile PRO to help ease my nerves, and it seemed like almost 5 seconds of the machine working on each eye and about a minute of the the doctor working after. The only thing I would warn of is that my eyes were very sensitive to sunlight about an hour after surgery, and navigating via the subway was a bit hard in my condition.
